Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a native/fluent Brazilian-Portugues speaking Digital Coach to assist a Global Key Account client with the adoption of M365. We are looking for passionate and proactive people who can add value to our client's organization.

The M365 Digital Coach will be responsible for:

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees to help them become proficient with M365 applications
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees encountering issues with M365 applications.
• Work closely with M365 Adoption experts on the adoption of M365 tools within the organization.
• Participate actively in the Champions Network engagement and collaborate with the Adoption Specialist(s) on steering the community and be a Lead for Brazilian champions within the network.
• Facilitate better collaboration and communication among teams by demonstrating how to use M365 tools.
• Gather feedback from employees to identify areas where M365 can be optimized.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization is making the most of the M365 suite.

The M365 Digital Coach should have the following skill set:

• Proficiency in M365 Applications: A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Strong training and instructional design skills are crucial.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Customer focused and value driven mindset.
• Continuous learning capability.
• The ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Very strong command of English and Brazilian Portugese is essential.
